Quality and Certificates

Selected producers

We benefit from long-standing, reliable partnerships with carefully selected producers in various locations across Bulgaria.

For many of our contracted farmers, we assume the role of exclusive commercial representative for the Western European market.

We require that all our producers have minimum certified HACCP-System as well as GlOBALG.A.P-Certificate, the leading international quality standard for agricultural production in the global market place.

Therefore we assure the quality during the whole production process – from the seed to the moment of the delivery.

Strict quality controls

Our residue monitoring and quality control processes are subject to considerably stricter requirements than those prescribed by law.

In addition to the checks performed by our producers, our products are regularly tested by independent institutions and laboratories.

Guaranteed traceability

We place great importance on the full traceability of our produce. A listing containing the lot number ID for the covering box and label ensures that each of our products are completely traceable – all the way from the destination address back to the original plant.

Organic

We are organically certified for the distribution of organic products in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008.

We have also the innovative and standardized IFS Broker certificate.
This certificate confirms that we take the necessary measures to monitor our suppliers’ adherence to food safety and the high quality requirements of our customers.
